  • Complete setup delivery: 7 to 30 working days from advance payment receipt
  • Timeline varies based on:
    • Custom printing and branding requirements
    • Machine procurement and preparation
    • Packaging material customization
    • Complexity of business setup
  • Specific timeline will be provided in your service agreement

2. Shipping Costs

Royal Products:

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders above PKR 1,000
  • Orders below PKR 1,000: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location
  • COD charges may apply depending on location

Business Organization Services:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all Business Organization Services
  • FREE INSTALLATION included
  • Delivery and installation of all machines, materials, and equipment included in your service package
  • No additional charges for setup, installation, or training

3. What Affects Delivery Time

For Business Organization Services, the following factors may impact delivery:

  • Custom printing production time
  • Machine sourcing and testing
  • Branded packaging design and production
  • Material procurement
  • Equipment installation requirements
  • Location and accessibility
  • Customization complexity

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be available upon request - please contact us for details.

5. Order Tracking

Royal Products:

  • Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS once your order ships
  • You can track your order status through our website or the courier's tracking system

Business Organization Services:

  • Regular updates provided throughout the setup process
  • Milestone notifications for key stages (printing completion, machine procurement, packaging ready, etc.)
  • Dedicated support contact for status inquiries

6. Delivery Process

Royal Products:

  • Delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier upon delivery
  • Free shipping applies automatically on orders PKR 1,000 and above

Business Organization Services:

  • Coordinated delivery and installation schedule
  • On-site setup and installation included at no extra cost
  • All machines tested and operational before final handover
  • Training and handover session upon completion
  • Complete installation service provided free of charge

7. Installation Services

Business Organization Services Include:

  • Professional installation of all machines and equipment
  • Setup of production systems
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Operational training for your team
  • Troubleshooting and initial support
  • All installation services provided at no additional cost

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters
  • Courier service delays
  • Public holidays
  • Custom printing or manufacturing delays
  • Machine availability or technical issues
  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

We will notify you immediately if any delays are expected and provide updated delivery estimates.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Royal Products:

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will make additional attempts
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
  • Reshipment fees may apply for returned orders (even if original order qualified for free shipping)

Business Organization Services:

  • Delivery scheduled in advance with client coordination
  • Client must ensure location is accessible and ready for installation
  • Rescheduling available if needed

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Royal Products:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery
  • Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours
  • Do not accept packages that appear severely damaged

Business Organization Services:

  • Comprehensive inspection conducted during installation
  • All machines tested for proper operation
  • Materials and packaging verified against agreement
  • Sign-off required after successful installation and testing

11. Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Unavailability after multiple attempts

The order may be returned to us, and return shipping charges may apply for reshipment (even if original order qualified for free shipping).

12. International Shipping

Currently, our primary service area is Pakistan. For international inquiries regarding Royal Products or Business Organization Services, please contact our customer service team.

13. Remote Areas

For deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas:

  • Additional delivery time may be required
  • Free shipping still applies for qualifying orders
  • We will confirm delivery feasibility during order processing
