Welcome to Royal-Tea by AM Business Solutions. By accessing and using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Products and Services

We offer two distinct categories:

Royal Products: Premium tea and related products available for retail purchase through our online store.

AM Business Solutions - Business Organization Services: Comprehensive business setup services where we organize a complete turnkey business solution for our clients, including:

  • Complete business planning and setup
  • All necessary machines and equipment
  • Raw materials and inventory
  • Product packaging and branding
  • Online promotion and marketing setup
  • Brand development and positioning
  • Ongoing support and guidance

3. Pricing and Payment

Royal Products:

  • Prices listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available
  • Payment upon receipt of products

Business Organization Services:

  • Custom pricing based on business scope and requirements
  • Advance payment required before service commencement
  • Payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement
  • No Cash on Delivery option for business organization services

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout or as agreed in your service contract.

4. Returns and Refunds

Royal Products:

  • 7-day return policy applies
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Refunds processed upon receipt and inspection
  • Return shipping costs may apply

Business Organization Services:

  • Services are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Subject to our 6-Month Buy-Back Guarantee (see Section 5)

5. AM Business Solutions 6-Month Buy-Back Guarantee

For clients who purchase our Business Organization Services:

  • If your business does not grow within 6 months of completing the organization and setup, we will buy back the organizational products, machines, and materials provided
  • You must actively operate the business and implement our organizational system as instructed
  • The 6-month period begins from the date of business setup completion
  • Regular check-ins and progress reports may be required
  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the buy-back process
  • AM Business Solutions reserves the right to verify business implementation, effort, and metrics
  • Buy-back value and terms will be outlined in your service agreement

6. Business Organization Service Process

When you engage our Business Organization Services:

  1. Consultation: Initial consultation to understand your goals and requirements
  2. Proposal: Detailed proposal with scope of work and pricing
  3. Advance Payment: Payment required to begin work
  4. Setup Phase: We organize all aspects of your business including machines, materials, packaging, and online presence
  5. Launch Support: Guidance and support as you launch your business
  6. Ongoing Support: Continued assistance during the 6-month guarantee period

7. Client Responsibilities for Business Organization Services

Clients who purchase Business Organization Services agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during consultation
  • Make timely decisions when required
  • Actively operate and manage the business once setup is complete
  • Follow the organizational systems and strategies provided
  • Maintain regular communication with AM Business Solutions
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies as advised

8. Shipping and Delivery

Royal Products:

  • Shipping times and costs vary based on location
  • Cash on Delivery available within Pakistan
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Business Organization Services:

  • Delivery and installation of machines and materials included in service package
  • Timeline will be specified in your service agreement

9. Product and Service Accuracy

We strive to display our products and describe our services as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, images, or service specifications are completely error-free. Any discrepancies will be addressed during the consultation phase for Business Organization Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, business methodologies, and organizational systems, is the property of AM Business Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce or share our proprietary business organization methods without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

AM Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

12. Business Growth Disclaimer

While we are confident in our Business Organization Services and offer a buy-back guarantee, individual business results may vary. Success depends on multiple factors including:

  • Market conditions and competition
  • Individual effort and commitment
  • Proper implementation of organizational strategies
  • Economic factors beyond our control
  • Client's business acumen and decision-making

AM Business Solutions provides the tools, setup, and guidance, but ultimate business success requires active client participation and management.

13. Cancellation Policy

Royal Products: Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Business Organization Services:

  • Cancellation before work commences: Refund minus administrative fees
  • Cancellation after work has begun: Refund based on work completed, as outlined in service agreement
  • No cancellations accepted once business setup is 75% complete

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, along with any service agreements for Business Organization Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and AM Business Solutions.

By completing a purchase or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
